Are you preparing for your first open water swimming event or perhaps you just need to build more confidence in open water, we can help.

Experienced coaches and ex professional triathlete Cat Morrison will provide you with professional advice, skills and tips to ensure you are ready for anything the open water might throw at you.

There are 4 options to choose from for your Open water swim training, these are:

Option 1:   Pool Swims Tuesdays 9th & 16th May 8.30-9.30pm

Foxlake Tuesdays 30th May & 6th June 6.30-7.30pm

Gullane Beach Tuesdays 13th & 20th June 6.30-7.30pm

 

Option 2:   Pool Swims Tuesdays 9th & 16th May 8.30-9.30pm

Foxlake Tuesdays 30th May & 6th June 7.30-8.30pm

Gullane Beach Tuesdays 13th & 20th June 6.30-7.30pm

 

Option 3:   Pool Swims Thursdays 11th & 18th May 8.30-9.30pm

Foxlake Tuesdays 30th May & 6th June 6.30-7.30pm

Gullane Beach Tuesdays 13th & 20th June 6.30-7.30pm

 

Option 4:   Pool Swims Thursdays 11th & 18th May 8.30-9.30pm

Water Safety is covered in the cost, wetsuits are not provided.
